Returns and Exchanges

Every single item in our inventory is 100% authentic and is thus accompanied by the original manufacturer's case, cleaning cloth, paperwork and/or certificate of authenticity as provided by the manufacturer. Some manufacturers may omit these items to cut costs. All merchandise is ordered directly from the manufacturer or their primary distributor. You can be sure that when you buy from Suns R Us, you will receive exactly the same package and contents as you would from a boutique shop in your favorite mall.

Exchange Policy
All frames are guaranteed to be brand new and defect free. If your package is damaged during shipment or if there is a manufacturer defect we will exchange the items free of charge. Additionally, we will allow for a one time exchange of an item for another one of equal or greater value without a restocking fee, but shipping charges in both directions will apply. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package to request the exchange. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging and certificates of authenticity. The cost of prescription lenses is not refundable, unless the lenses are defective or there was an error on our part. Whenever possible we will try to reuse the existing lenses and reinstall them into the new frame at no charge. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

Cancellation Policy:
If you would like to cancel your order, please request the cancelation by sending an email to sales@sunsrus.com. You will receive a full refund if the cancelation is requested within 3 hours of the order being placed. If you request the cancelation after the 3 hour window, but before the frame is shipped out, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. Once the order ships, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned. Please see the Return Policy for details.

Return Policy:
All returns must be requested within 7 days of the receipt of the package. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In most cases, we will waive the restocking fee for the first exchange. See the Exchange Policy for details. Please allow 30 days for processing and for the refund to show up on your statement. The cost of prescription lenses is not refundable, unless the lenses are defective or there was an error on our part. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging and certificates of authenticity.
